Since we operate from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday, many of our customers are not at home when we arrive. In such instances, our insured house cleaning professionals are usually given a spare key or garage code for access.

Although we cannot guarantee the precise time of arrival due to the individualized attention each home needs, we provide arrival windows for your convenience. HRC MAIDS  utilizes a special “on-time arrival” software to record your preferences, ensuring our services are as least disruptive as possible.

When you book house cleaning services with HRC MAIDS, we will provide you with an arrival window of three to four hours. Due to our commitment to giving each home the personalized care it needs, we are unable to specify an exact arrival time. Rest assured, we strive to plan our cleaning schedules in a way that respects your time and minimizes any disruption.

Our professional house cleaning services aim to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of your home. We tailor our services to suit your preferences, ensuring you only pay for what you need. To uphold the highest standards of care, there are certain tasks we typically do not perform:

We prioritize leaving your belongings in their designated places, hence, we leave these organizational tasks to you. Nevertheless, we are happy to clean the inside of your cabinets, stove, and refrigerator upon request.
